1:Check the cosmetic condition, covers, missing parts, rust, water damage

- Checking the components makes us easier. If the item has damage, rust or bloated capacitors item goes to a cart that is for scrap and will be dismantled by the warehouse team. Internal parts that can be recycled like RAM (Memory) will be taken out from the motherboard and use it for another components that are compatible with the other computer.

2: Pull the unwiped hard drive

- Data security is very important to our company therefore every hard drive or data storage is removed from a computer and gets wiped by our in-house data destruction technicians to protect our customer’s data.

3: Check the board for bad parts and damage

- We ensure that all components from tiny capacitors to CPU and motherboard are fully functional and free from any damage.

4:Test the PC to BIOS

- After a visual test, PC are then tested to BIOS to confirm basic functionality and be ready for more thorough testing.

6: Insert wiped hard drive

- As mentioned all hard drives all securely wiped using our specialized in house wiping software. Hard drives that are wiped and tested to be in good health are inserted back into the computer.

7: Perform quick test to observe boot to windows/installed OS

8:Quick clean up to remove dust

- Our technicians will clean up the internal components using a high pressure air compressor to make sure no dust clogged up the system components and to extend the life of our products.

9:Document all required data using Green Pulse

- Every computer is properly inventoried and manages using our in-house inventory software. With this software, every details about the computer such as CPU model, RAM configurations, hard drive capacity, operating system, etc., are carefully captured by our technicians.

10: Move to RPK station for further processing

- Computers that pass our basic test will go to our RPK station to be further tested. Here the RPK technicians will install the latest operating systems onto the computers. The technicians will also install any necessary software and drivers for the computers to be used right out of the box. The RPK technicians will then perform many rigorous tests using various stress and benchmarking tools to test every little aspect of the computers. The technicians will ensure full functionality such as optical drives (dvd/cd drives), network, video, sound, I/O ports, and many others. We pride ourselves in the quality of our products therefore only products that are fully tested and passed 100% are sold.
